I'll begin with what happened first. After downloading a Windows keygen from a site I had never heard of before (WGA is a nuisance, you see,) I turned off the computer. When I turned it back on, my laptop might as well have been blaring the Lord's Prayer backwards from its speakers. After the taskbar appeared, a couple windows of DOS came up, NTVDM.exe, and 2 or 3 win???.exe's (eg:win50A.tmp.exe) After startup, a little red shield with an X on it said I was infected. My first reaction was "No bleep," then, "wait a second... Windows, SUPPLYING VIRUS PROTECTION?!!" Well, It wasn't Windows. Its source was pipmon.exe, and I found instructions on how to remove it on this site. (Find .exe and .tmp, delete, delete registry file.) Speaking of TMP's there were some of those the next time I started up. I tried clearing the hard drive of all *.tmp*.chk,~*.*, but all the bad stuff stayed. I tried deleting it with Unlocker, but most of it still stayed even after a reboot. I ran something called smitfraudfix, but it couldn't clear the registry. I uncovered several trojans using HouseCall, but removing those didn't do much. The worst has passed, but there is still very much to do. On startup, I get "run dll as an app" errors, and something called "gxneoyqt.exe" is asking for internet access. After I deny it access with ZoneAlarm, several numbered .exe's start asking for access, with new, higher numbered ones appearing all the time. (357143.exe, 418311.exe, 607503.exe, and now I have 7 digits.) Not only that, but explorer.exe and mshtml.exe are also asking for access. I get popups in internet explorer, especially for winantiviruspro, even though I use Firefox. I am able to circumvent all these things if I unplug the network card on startup, then plug it back in once I select "work offline" (then only Firefox has internet access.) However, there are still twice as many processes running as there should be, the ones I don't recognize being vsmon.exe, cisvc.exe, lasass.exe, dwwin.exe, svchost.exe (five of them), rundll32.exe, jusched.exe, and wvrxclka.exe. I got a weird "buffer overrun" error earlier, and after half an hour, the computer slows down to a crawl.

Now, without further ado, my HJT log:

Welcome to the BleepingComputer HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum YourOnlyRealFriend
My name is Richie and i'll be helping you to fix your problems.

First of all you've no virus protection installed.
Download\install one of the following freeware options from the choice below.
Once installed update its definitions and then run a full system virus scan.

AVG7 Free Edition Antivirus:
http://free.grisoft.com/softw/70free/setup...ree_446a965.exe

Avast! 4 Home Edition:
http://files.avast.com/iavs4pro/setupeng.exe

Avira AntiVir Personal Edition Classic
http://www.free-av.com/

Download Combofix and save to your desktop:
Note:
It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop

Close any open browsers.
Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's finished it will produce a log.
Post the entire contents of C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running.
That may cause the program to freeze/hang.

Do NOT post the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt unless I ask.

Also post a new Hijackthis log please.

I used AVG because Avast! wouldn't install and Antivira was very annoying about it's inability to help mgrs.exe. There are also some more little quirks going on with the system, but I'll just proceed.

This stuff took a while:

Copy and paste ALL the following blue text in the Quote box below into Notepad.
Click on File(in the menu at the top)>Save as../Save as Type: 'All Files' /File name: CFScript to your desktop.

File::
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drvwik.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drvwikr.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\uvyxx.bak2
C:\WINDOWS\system32\uvyxx.bak1
Registry::
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\~\Browser Helper Objects\{A4D2EA1E-E86B-4F80-9115-6F2CFCBB6C21}]
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\~\Browser Helper Objects\{E4EEFFED-93CD-4CF0-A0F3-50D139121FEE}]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ShellExecuteHooks]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\winlogon\notify\mljkkhe]
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\winlogon\notify\xxyvu]

Now drag then drop the CFScript file onto ComboFix.exe as seen in the image below.

This will start ComboFix again.
After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply.

Your version of Sun Java is out of date.
Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system.
Please follow these steps to remove older versions of Sun Java, and then update.
1. Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE)
2. Scroll down to where it says 'Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6u2'.
3. Click the "Download" button to the right.
4. Check the box that says: "Accept License Agreement".
5. The page will refresh.
6. Click on the link to download 'Windows Offline Installation, Multi-language' and save to your desktop.
7. Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
8. Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java.
9. Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
10. Click the Change/Remove button.
11. Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
12. Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
13. Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6u2-windows-i586-p.exe to install the newest version.

Also post a new Hijackthis log.
