Wasn't sure where to post this, but it is about hardware. I needed a pinout for a camera and came across this site. It has a little bit of everything, nice site

why won't my laptop work?

@Ryan, a pinout tells you what pins in a connector are used for what.

How, exactly, does this knowledge help me out? Unless I'm to be splicing wires or putting a plug where it doesn't belong, I'm pretty sure I couldn't use this.

When you pull out a power supply and want to check voltages it helps a lot. I you don't have the need to know which wire is which, you don't need it

hehe lol I always wondered what the url for that site was. I always typed Power supply pinout in google and got that one. Now I can book mark it. Since I work on ALLOT of e-machines I am constantly checking the power supplies.
