when i try to access a secure site where i have to complete a transaction the page doe's not load and i get a "the page cannot be displayed" message. I would appreciate help on this.

First try IE TOOLS\INTERNET OPIONS...\PRIVACY\SETTINGS\SITES... and make sure the URL has not been blocked . If it is just remove it from the blocked list. Becareful not to unblock all the Managed sited . Also check your firewall program ( if you are using one). Hope this helps.

Also while in internet options check your security settings. Maybe they're set too high and won't let that page load.
