Hello when ever I have a Folder aka window open for an example My Music folder and I click on the top to drag it around its Really Laggy!
Can you help? the computer does not seem slow at all! any ideas?

Open up the Task Manager and watch it as you drag a window around. Does any process suddenly start using up a lot of CPU.

well before I did it the system idle process was 80-90% when i was moving it fast the taskmng.exe was 80% then when i stoped it went back to system idle process 80-90% please any ideas i need to have this fixed today

Closed I had to return the computer to friend.
