well i know how to unhide hidden files/folders
:::
open folder -> go tools -> folder options -> vew tab -> check the radio button on "show hidden files and folders"

BUT recently i might have been attacked by some virus or worm and now everytime i try to click on show hidden files and folders (clicked OK after that) but the files that are hidden remains hidden still.. when i go back to FOLDER Options, it goes back to "do not show hidden files and folders"... i am logged in with an admin acc.. any workaround on this ?

and PS: my NOD32 virus scanners does not detect any virus (it's updated regulary)

Try one of these free, online scans to ensure that a virus hasn't taken over your NOD32:

Once that's done, then you'll likely have to repair Windows because of the damage that the virus has done. There may be registry fixes available for this, but I'm not familiar with them.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

How did you get here and post that? Maybe you can do the same thing with the links, download them to a flash drive and install them?... :thumbsup:
