What Is Amdci.sys?

what is it the process of the AMDPCI.sys?And it is in <\??\C:\DOCUME~1\user\LOCALS~1\Temp\AMDPCI.sys>
when i scan the drive programs ,i find it.But in system i can not find it?

AMDPCI.sys is a driver that is used by some amd based boards for compatibility with windows 2000 pro.
The name says it all -- 59 and holding permanently
