Hi I hope I am posting this in the right spot, I have followed and am in the process of finishing up housecall scan. I am unsure what to do after finishing this. I know I am going to need to post a log and have someone look at it. I just am very concerened that this will spreed in my system. It keep wanting me to download system live protect which I am not doing, since this was something that came along with secuirty toolbar 7.1.

Any help would be great sorry to bother everyone.

for this issue, I would suggest that you follow directions in this thread, the Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting a Hijack This Log.
The name says it all -- 59 and holding permanently

Now that you have an open HJT log posted in the HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum, you shouldn't make any changes to your system.
Doing so, could change the results of the posted log, making it difficult to properly clean your system.

At this point, the HJT Team should be the only members that you take advice from, until they have verified your log as clean.
