Upon Windows startup, Spybot keeps catching this file as having been changed.

It asks if I want to allow or disallow the change. If I say no, then the damn thing just keeps looping until I say yes.

Any bright ideas out there???

I would reboot into safe mode and just delete the file. I cant seem to find any reference as to what this file is, so you need to assume it is not good.
