Welcome to the BleepingComputer HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum Armin™
My name is Richie and i'll be helping you to fix your problems.

Download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri),to your desktop.

Reboot your computer into SAFE MODE using the F8 method.
To do this, restart your computer and after hearing your computer beep once during startup (but before the Windows icon appears) press the F8 key repeatedly.
A menu will appear with several options.
Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate and select the option to run Windows in "Safe Mode".

Double click on Smitfraudfix.cmd
Select #2 and hit Enter to delete the infected files.
You will be prompted: 'Do you want to clean the registry?' answer Y (yes) and hit Enter in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.
The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found): 'Replace infected file ?' answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to restore a clean file.
A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process.
The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Post the smitfraudfix report into your next reply.

---------------------------------------------------------------

Download Combofix and save to your desktop:
Note:
It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop

Close any open browsers.
Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's finished it will produce a log.
Post the entire contents of C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running.
That may cause the program to freeze/hang.

Do NOT post the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt unless I ask.

Also post a new Hijackthis log please.

Thank You! The annoying taskbar is now gone. But my computer became a little bit slower. I don't know why. Anyways here are the logs.

Thanks For Your Help. I see a little bit of difference but it takes 5 seconds to open c:\, 15 seconds to open Documents and Settings, and 4 seconds to open up My documents. Also it takes like 10-20 seconds to open Microsoft Word and Photoshop.
Is it because of my ram? because i have 512mb of ram.

----------------------------------------------------------------
Download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri), to your desktop.
Double click on Smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option 1 – Search, by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy and paste the content of that report into your next reply.

*IMPORTANT*
Do NOT run any other options until you are asked to do so!
----------------------------------------------------------------
Download Deljob.exe and save it on your desktop.
Double click on Deljob.exe.
A log,(logit.txt) should open afterwards.
This log will be present on your desktop.
Post the contents of the logfile into your next reply, along with a new Hijack This log.

Please copy then paste all logs/reports directly into this topic, not in 'Code' boxes.

LOL! Windows Update saved my life. The update was a malware remover and it removed the annoying taskbar icon and the trojan with it.

Im going to do the ATF Cleaner step.

I have preformed all those actions.

In the properties of C:\ Drive it says "Allow Index Services To Index This Disk for faster file searching."

I disabled that, does it matter if its enabled?

You might want to take a look at this article.
Don't let Windows Indexing Service know too much:
