I created a document in MS word three months ago and password protected it. Now, I NEED the doc and forgot the password. Anybody know of a way to recover a lost or forgotten password in ms word 2003?
Even if there is a way to remove the password, anything at all, all I need is a way to open the document and finish working on it.

Thanks!! :flowers:

Hi gadailey, Sorry to hear about your password troubles Boo.

First I have to say that you aren't too likely to get any information from the actual professionals here on this board because they have a policy of not helping people defeat, bypass or otherwise get around anything that is password protected.

So with that in mind be real careful about accepting and using any information that you might get to your question.

Good Luck Boo.
