There are two problems with your list:

In item # 1 you have a Gigabyte Mainboard for Intel processors listed, but in item # 3 you show an AMD processor. The rest of the list looks good.
The name says it all -- 59 and holding permanently

The mother board is for an Intel processor and you have selected an AMD which requires a board with an AM2 CPU socket. Or you can switch to a an Intel Core 2 duo processor. You will also need a case. You chose great parts you just need to decide on either AMD or Intel for the processor and match the Memory to the motherboard. The power supply you chose looks pretty solid although I can't see spending 200 bucks on a power supply. You can get one thats sufficient enough for allot less money. In my opinion the video card you selected is a bit over kill for just video and photo editing it is a VERY powerful card but its also VERY expensive you can do just as much with a lesser expensive card and you wont see much difference. I would spend more on memory and Hard drives since videos take Allot of disk space and video editing requires allot of ram. My suggestions would be These Processor. And Video

Right now, coming from an amd fan, intel is the leader. I'd go for an intel c2d.

I Like the mobo, I have a lesser version of it.
