ok i went to system requirments lab and looked up if i was able to run lord of the rings on my PC put it gives me 2 diff video cards which one is better

NVIDIAŽ GeForceŽ 6800
or
EVGA GeForce 7600 GS

6800 performs better than the 7600 GS.

AGP or PCIe?

PCIe: 7600GS 256 mb (didnt see a PCIe card with good reviews and same RAM for a 6800 that wasnt a re-certified card, thats asking for trouble)
AGP: 7600GS 256 mb (this card just reviews better with consumers and toms hardware)
