Try installing SAS the same way as you did ClamWin.
Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds. http://www.superantispyware.com/
If you are successful, let us know what it identifies. If you can give the name of the malware or file locations the other programs found we might be able to point you to another tool.
The malware has probably changed your hosts file.
