Hi to all. Need your help/opinion on this. Whenever I click my start menu button, the first time after START UP, when I scroll to Settings,Programs, a messege will pop-up on the screen, with a message WINDOW EXPLORER HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO SHUTDOWN. What does this mean? Is this a bad signal? What is the next best thing to do?

Explorer is the normal Windows user shell, meaning when you open a program or browse your files you're doing it through explorer.
If you look through the application section of the event viewer, you might get more of a clue as to what's causing the problem.

Just to take that one step further, once you are looking at the event column in event viewer right click on the item and choose properties to see what the description is.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
