I've never used HijackThis before and have never had an infection on my PC in 7 years, but I've caught a few trojans lately in the ZoneAlarm/Kasperky antivirus and AVG AntiSpyware, so I think it might be time to ask for some expert advice. The last item quarantined in ZoneAlarm is "other" whose description is "not yet available" and risk level "high". The known trojans are Trojan.PolyCrypt.b, Win32.KeySearch, Win32.Trojan.Downloader.CWS.am and Backdoor.Hupigon.cql. I'm not particularly worried about them, but am more concerned about the "other" one. I've had some strange little things going on with computer recently, such as EVERYTHING being slow (temperature is normal, ran CCleaner but didn't make a difference), and the BOINC entry disappeared from the All Programs list and the Add/Remove Software list. BOINC is still functioning, but now I have no way to uninstall it. This seems kind of suspicious to me and I'm wondering if I might have a rootkit lurking somewhere or Feds prying through my files. AVG AntiRootkit didn't turn anything up. I ran GMER also, but that's another first for me and I don't know how to decipher the log. I tried to post it, but it was rejected for being too long.

I'm running ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite for full time security but also have AdAware, SpyBot, Windows Defender, LinkScanner and NoScript and the others mentioned above. For about a year I've also had AVG AntiVirus and Avast! installed, but their startup entries are disabled and I only run them manually (not together) after I've shut ZoneAlarm down (if I want to double check). I haven't had any problems with that so far as I know, but please let me know if it's unadvisable.

Thanks in advance for the help.
