Question About Mcafee Security Center

I have mcafee security center installed and it says on the Protection Status that I'm not protected. The "Computer & Files" says there's an ACTION REQUIRED. To resolve these problems, click FIX. It says the real-time scanning is disabled but when I click FIX, there's a message that says one or more problems cannot be fixed because of an error. Well, that's not really helpful. haha I checked Mcafee's website, but I can't seem to find it there.

Anyone who's encountering the same problem?
