Hi,
My name is Jamie. I found bleeping computer while trying to fix a virus/malware problem. I run a nonprofit gallery in northeast minneapolis- we don't have the budget for fancy equipment or "professional" help, so I'm trying to work through it on my own. (though i could use professional help, haha.) I'm not a huge expert but I usually am able to work well with computers. (I'm always "that person" in the office that everybody goes to.) However, this time I'm having trouble. This forum seems really helpful and I'm here to read and learn.

that's all. Thanks!
