I have recently been infected with malware, scamware, and adware. I have used Ad-Aware, Spybot Search and Destroy, Norton Antivirus, and Stinger. Originally, I had problems with Winantispyware 2007, but that has been removed. I was also receiving popups from IE (even though I only use firefox) for various websites.

I now have the following problems:

The popups are still occurring, but the websites are failing to load.

Periodically, the unfamiliar process jqqfcbyA.exe is present after startup

Upon startup, NAV detects and blocks Trojan.Vundo, and tells me my computer is safe.

Periodically, my browser (firefox or IE) will be hijacked and minimized. A dialog box will open, warning me of the spyware I have and offering to take me to a spyware removal site. I 'x' out the box, and I am taken to the spyware removal site anyway. After I close that tab (or window) I am offered the chance to download the software in another dialog box. After I close that box, I am told that the download will commence. After I close that box, I am left alone for about 20 minutes before it happens again. Here is my hijackthis log.

Welcome to the BleepingComputer HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum cangrejero
My name is Richie and i'll be helping you to fix your problems.

Download Combofix and save to your desktop:
Note:
It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop

Close any open browsers.
Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's finished it will produce a log.
Post the entire contents of C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running.
That may cause the program to freeze/hang.

Do NOT post the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt unless I ask.

Now go to:
C:\Documents and Settings\bby\Desktop\HijackThis.exe
Right click on Hijackthis.exe and select 'Rename', rename it to abc.bat
Double click on abc.bat(which is still Hijackthis.exe),post that log into your next reply please.
