Is the operating system windowsXP home?
Updated with SP2?
Mac OSX?
First time you've used roxio 6 software?
What kind of optical device is involved?
CD-RW?
DVD-RW?
patiently patrolling, plenty of persisant pests n' problems ...

Welcome to BC!

Your are in the right place! I have used roxio cd burner software a few times before. I have used version 6 too. I now use Nero software.
