when i need to access help and support, i get the following message..."Helpctr.exe is not a valid Win32 application.
Now, i did say kinda. Reason i say "kinda", is that i get that from clicking, start....help & support.
However, if i were to say click search, then choose help and support from the file menu, i get to the help area with no problem.
This leads to my question: How do i reset the help center icons back to the help centers location?
