Help With Install With Linux

i need help on how to install programs and themes for ubuntu 7.04 i386.
also specific details on how to install VIRTUALBOX

go to system / administration / synaptic package manager. Click search, type in virtualbox, vmware or vm. A list will appear click the ones you want, make sure when you click to highlight install. click apply. wait for it to download, install and finish. Click close and you are ready to go.

Alternately you may use Automatix to install it as well.
If someone tells you to su rm -rf /
Be in the know, Bash smart!
