hi, i have a problem trying to start my pc in safe mode, i get a message saying: VGA NOT SUPPORT H:35.4KHZ V:86.8hz
i am led to believe that i need to start it in this made so i can delete a SYSTEN ALERT! pop-up that tells me i have spyware on my computer. Any help with this problem would be greatly apreciated.

I am not a big fan of the "All in One security ware. At this point I think you should use the following tutorial. It may help solve your problem before you get to the HJT Log.
