Every time i boot up and i get to my desktop i can see my icons and everything for about 50 seconds then boom, All of my Icons and taskbar is missing.
I can see my mouse but nothing els. I cant use CTRL, ALT, Delet and i cant manually start explorer.exe I cant do anything. But while in my time of a few seconds of time in my desktop i was able to look at my processes and noticed something strange, a process called Intel. I don't use Intel anything.... thats why i found it strange
So i played a few experiments. In my short time of startup i was able to end the process and End Task. after that my windows wouldn't disappear. ive ran countless anti-viruses and spy/maliceware programs. and nothing was found. Such programs are Avast, Spybot s&D, Superantispyware. And i also deleted anything that was in my temp\cookies\Javacache\history and such. and it still havn't fixed the problem. My last resort is Formatting and starting all over again. Here is my HJT log

Welcome to the BleepingComputer HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum Spiffy
My name is Richie and i'll be helping you to fix your problems.

Please download Combofix and save to your desktop:
It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop

Close any open browsers.
Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's finished it will produce a log.
Post the entire contents of C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply.
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running.
That may cause the program to freeze/hang.

Do NOT post the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt unless I ask.

Also post a new Hijackthis log.
