Hello drob and welcome to BleepingComputer (BC).

Your log is very slim. It is hard to say what is needed or not needed depending on your individual use. You could disable Washer by running HijackThis and checking the following lines:

O4 - HKLM\..\RunServicesOnce: [washindex] C:\Program Files\Washer\washidx.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Washer] C:\Program Files\Washer\washer.exe /0

Click FIX CHECKED
