Welcome to the BleepingComputer HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum laura428 :thumbsup:
My name is Richie and i'll be helping you to fix your problems.

Please download Combofix and save to your desktop:
Note:
It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop

Close any open browsers.
Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's finished it will produce a log.
Post the entire contents of C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running.
That may cause the program to freeze/hang.

Also post a new Hijackthis log please.

Not sure if this helps, but after Norton Anti-Virus ran its scan, it came up with three DriveCleaner related files, only one of which it was able to remove. Of the remaining two, one shows up in the logfile above:

"The file C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temp\~AceTemp\installdrivecleanerstart_tbrn\UDC6_5555_D21M0303NetInstaller.exe is a Security risk threat."

... but the other does not:

"The compressed file UDC6_5555_D21M0303NetInstaller.exe within C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\n79e6ts2.default\Cache\7E312A1Cd01 is a Security risk threat."

Not sure if this helps, or if it's already obvious in the log files, but thought I'd send it along just in case.

Copy and paste ALL the following blue text in the Quote box below into Notepad.
Click on File(in the menu at the top)>Save as../Save as Type: 'All Files' /File name: CFScript to your desktop.

File::
C:\WINDOWS\CouponBarIE.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\FreezeScreenSaver.exe

Registry::
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\~\Browser Helper Objects\{549B5CA7-4A86-11D7-A4DF-000874180BB3}]
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\~\Browser Helper Objects\{62960D20-6D0D-1AB4-4BF1-95B0B5B8783A}]
[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\WebBrowser]
[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{5BED3930-2E9E-76D8-BACC-80DF2188D455}]
[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TTB000001.TTB000001.1]
[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{9BA983B1-0C05-2DAF-9D1D-7E160077CAF4}]
[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TTB000001.TTB000001]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
"Alcmtr"=-

Service::
FreezeScreenSaver

Now drag then drop the CFScript file onto ComboFix.exe as seen in the image below.

This will start ComboFix again.
After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply along with a new HijackThis log.
