I've done everything asked of the site administrators, and at last scan, McAfee found 187 problems. I basically keep having the same sites popup, Winantivirus, Drivecleaner, and a bunch of others, but can't seem to stop them. My computer is running at a normal speed, but the random popups are driving me crazy. I also have a virus that keeps showing up in a C:\docume~1/ type file. And my new firewall is going crazy with things trying to acess my computer. Any help is appreciated.

I also just saw this in my firewall log:

8/2/2007 5:09:33 PM Allowed 10 Outgoing TCP www.paypal.com [216.113.188.65] 00-10-DB-A6-D4-E0 443 10.138.117.181 00-11-11-8A-D4-9D 1119 C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe user DOMAIN Normal 1 8/2/2007 5:08:35 PM 8/2/2007 5:08:35 PM Ask all running apps

I don't use eBay nor do I have an account with Paypal. Am I in trouble here and how do I get the Sygate Firewall to block this situation?

Hi Carlosthegnome

Create own folder for HijackThis to desktop and move it to that folder.

Rename HijackThis.exe to scanner.exe and post back a fresh HijackThis log, please
