I recieved an Email from my ISP that in 48hrs I have used up 80% of my monthy allocation.I havent downloaded anything except auto updates. ISP says this is correct. Normally after heavy usage I dont get this Email till around the 27th of each month or so.Said to call in techy. I will go from high speed down to snails Pace for the rest of the month shortly. Can anybody help me find what has happened to cause this Drama? Thanks in advance.

Out of curiosity, what is your monthly allocation? Does your firewall have a packet log that goes back far enough that it might give you a clue? Whatever was downloaded must have been a very sizable file or files. It may be possible to use some file-size application to scan for the obvious, or to use Explorer and rank files by size......
