Hi, i have a problemin my GM's laptop. His is WINXP, SP2, Trend micro internet security 2007 installed
From Today morning its very slow...and while loading windows screen got a menu saying updating personalized settings "c:\system32\msem.exe"

I runned AV but it didnt find any spyware or malware..pls help me to solve this

msem.exe can be associated with the CoolWebSearch browser hijacker.
