I have an nVIDIA GeForce 6200 256 mb OC AGP card that I've been using for quite some time now. In my BIOS, it's set to PCI though. I was wondering if I were to go into the BIOS and change it to AGP, would it run better or something?

go ahead and change it, it will boot a fraction of a second faster

it's just letting the motherboard know which kind of video card to boot to first

No. Try not. Do... or do not. There is no try.
