my computer would only open in safe mode. then i bought a new monitor, keyboard n mouse for it and it worked normally until we installed a web cam. it then reverted back to safe mode again. we have unistalled the web cam but computer still only works in safe mode.

its most annoying cos of the limitations safe mode has. i really wanna be able to use media player and install new software but i just cant.

i would be a very happy bunny if somebody could tell me how to sort this out :flowers:

While in safemode, open Device Manager (control panel>system>hardware>device manager) and expand everything ( click on the plus signs) and look for any yellow exclamation points and post back what you find

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
