ok, heres the deal, i need to set up my own pc as a web server (which i have done before) but the main page needs SSL, i don't want nor need a custom SSL script, im not worried about people intercepting any kind of personal information, but i do need basic encryption to keep a proxy server from being able to intercept any information being sent or recieved
do generic ssl certificates for use on any website exist? where can i get one? and how can i set it up on either Abyss Web Server, or IIS

(im apache illiterate....)
