I thought I was through with Virusprotectpro. After following the instructions on this site, I was able to get rid of the security risk messages but I'm still getting popups and my firefox/ie windows are intermittedly getting shutdown.
As you can see below I've tried adaware, spybot, avg, and superantispyware numerous times, and in Safe mode as well.
Here's an overview with the hijack log:::

Welcome to the BleepingComputer HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum Truss
My name is Richie and i'll be helping you to fix your problems.

Please download Combofix and save to your desktop:
Note:
It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop

Close any open browsers.
Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's finished it will produce a log.
Post the entire contents of C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running.
That may cause the program to freeze/hang.

Also post a new Hijackthis log.

Thanks again Ritchie!

So far, everything's cool but it seems to take a few minutes before the popups start coming and Firefox starts closing out incessantly.

Like an idiot, I clicked "reboot" from the OTMoveIT menu BEFORE copying the data so I don't have that info but here is the new Hijack log:

Also, I'm wondering out of all the things I've dled this week to fix this problem (I already had adaware and spybot) which programs can I ...afford to delete?

Here's the list:
Combofix
OTMoveIt
SuperAntiSpyware Free Edition
Stinger
AVG Antispyware
NOD32 Antivirus Software

If you don't have any suggestions don't worry about it--I don't wanna push my luck I'm just happy that I won't have to reformat!!!

By the way, so far everything's running really smoothly.
You can't believe how excited this has made me. I'm going to have to peruse/explore/learn from this forum more often.

Wealth of knowledge ftw!!
