The amber light below the start button is always bust like somethings running in the background or as if something is trying to instale. Does anyone know why this light is continuously on?

Are you referring to your casing start button?

If so, that is the light of your HardDisk activity. It is normal for it to blink.

Do you have the manual for your computer? It should tell you what the function of the different LEDs are. Depending on the make of the computer there generally will be one LED that will stay on indicating the computer is on and has power, the hdd LED will go on and off as it is being used, this could be what you are describing. If you don't have the manual you should be able to find it at the web site of the manufacturer of your computer, if you can't find it come back here and tell us the make and model and we will find it for you.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
