Error in Kernel32.dll

Hello, I am receiving an error in Kernel32.dll every time I attempt to download and setup for an updated version of America Online. My operating system is windows ME any help anyone could provide in resolving this error would be greatly appreciated!

What is the exact error message you are receiving?
