I just wanted to say hello to everyone and that I am glad that there is a board like this out there. Also, I think it's a tradegy that companies charge $35 dollars for customer support.

Welcome to BC!
And not only do they charge a lot of money, their advice is usually not the best because it is scripted; here you will find a lot of information (in the tutorials, for example, that can PREVENT making calls) and some friendly help from users who have had similar problems to yours. Never hesitate to post questions or problems in the forums.
