Could you explain a bit more about this page? When you open IE7, does the page just appear blank? What's the address in the address bar when this page appears? Does IE7 stay open when you remove it in Task Manager? What process/program do you close when you use Task Manager?

How do you hook up to the internet? Who's your ISP? Have you done any virus scans? When did this behavior start occuring? Was it shortly after installing something, or was it always there?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
