Computer Hijacked - Need To Restore Administrative Rights

lots og things changed after the damn thing happened.

Im buzzlair. After those hijack thing happened lots of changes happend to my administrative rights. CMD disabled. regedit cant be access and many more. but most of the thing i have restored. this is the most complicated. although i google it so many time craving for answers, still cant found the solution. Hurmm.... i wonder if you professionals can do sumtin with this.

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

already use this software. hijacktools. But still cannot solve that problem. urgh!!
