Hi there, please bear with me if make a total idiot of myself but this is the first time that I have subscribed to a Forum. :flowers:
So, who am I and why am I here? I am an English woman who got into computers over 10 years ago. I have got my MOUS Excel Expert and build Access databases. I have built my own website but what I am not so good at is the 'workings' of the PC!
The reason that I am writing this here is because I did something really really stupid last night! I committed the worse offence that I tell everyone not to do! I opened an email from an unknown sender and then even more stupidly clicked on the url and found myself bombarded the JS/Psyme virus! I dont know yet whether or not it has done any harm. AVG detected it but did not delete it and this is how I came across this site.
So, now I shall do some investigations as to what this virus is all about and what other bleeping computer members have done to kill the devil!
Thank you all in anticipation
Sheila P
