When I restarted my computer, out of nowhere it starts up and prompts: "invalid system disk. Replace the disk, and then press any key."

I don't know what caused this. I guess the last thing I did was run Wise Disk Cleaner (which I do on my laptop with no problems) and I installed Zone Alarm. After restart, it prompted me.

Can someone tell me what to do to fix this? I have more than 6,000 music files, as while as pictures of my wife and son and important work docs.

Thank you in advance for your reply.

No, but I left my jump drive in the USB port. I've done that before and had no problems. I took it out and now it works. Thanks for the help.
