System Running Very Slow

As you can see this system has little installed. It has slowed to the point where wait times even when opening Word are longer than acceptable, but there doesn't seem (to me) to be any reason for the slowdown. Am I missing something that shows in this log?

I couldn't find anything either, but this slow computer was making me crazy. I had run all my tools on it but it was still incredibly slow. I thought I'd post the HJT log just in case there was something there that I was missing. I had uninstalled everything on the system that I thought likely to be slowing it down (games etc), killed all the kids users (in case there was some new pest on one of them), and looked closely at the registry and found nothing amiss.
My next step was to just rebuild it, and that was coming soon, but I WANTED TO FIND WHAT WAS WRONG!

Than, as the last thing I was gonna try before rebuilding, I decided to uninstall NIS. Damn if that didn't turn out to be the problem. I am one of those folks who tends to defend Norton, cause when their products work they usually work pretty well. But in this case, as in maybe 10% of the computers I run into with Norton whatever installed, Norton was the problem. What a HUGE waste of time...

Thanks, Teacup. I threw AntiVir on it and it is behaving fine.

I had tried reinstalling NIS but it broke the box again, so this is fine. I only wanted to try NIS again to keep the customer from feeling bad about having paid for the 2007 version of NIS a couple months ago.
