Recently i have been suffering from a steady stream of browser pop-ups while surfing online. At seemingly random intervals I'm redirected to winantiviruspro.com or other browsers that fail to load. Ad-aware detected vturr.dll but was unable to remove it. One of the online scanners also detected Virtumondo_1. I noticed the latest version of Hijackthis was missing several entries as i had an older version which detected extra entries. After renaming "Hijackthis.exe" to "Hijack this.exe" the log showed.

You're doing a good job here,lets continue:

Copy and paste ALL the following bold blue text in the Quote box below into Notepad.
Click on File(in the menu at the top)>Save as../Save as Type: 'All Files' /File name: CFScript to your desktop.

File::
C:\WINDOWS\system32\sfbrbgpn.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\iplthfyp.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\flswtxmc.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\puwdaiak.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\xqfccimb.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctbktlsa.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\bgfgxakm.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\cjghvptl.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\xpqwpvac.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ycglcjwu.dll

Registry::
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\~\Browser Helper Objects\{F09C1B78-08C8-4992-855F-0EA163BE1DF6}]
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\winlogon\notify\awtrqnm]

Now drag then drop the CFScript file onto ComboFix.exe as seen in the image below.

This will start ComboFix again.
After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply along with a new HijackThis log.
