For several years, I have used a NEC SuperScript 870 printer.

Recently, I installed the software for a Canon PIXMA MP830 Multifunction
Printer. Although I am pleased with the scanning results it produces,
I would like to reset my NEC SuperScript 870 printer as my default printer.

What is the sequences of steps I would have to perform to do this?

*The Printers and Faxes window in the Control Panel displays
the following:

- Canon MP830 Series Printer on LPT1:

- NEC SuperScript 870 on \\WHITE\NECSuper

- NEC SuperScript 870 on \\WHITE\NEC SuperScript 870

- PageManager PDF Writer on NEWSOFT

- Virtual PDF Printer on virprnt

I would be most grateful for any help you might provide me.

While in the Printers and Faxes window right click on the printer and select Set as Default.
