Are you trying to install this from an Administrator account?
Do you have the most recent version of the software, or are you trying to install it from the CD that came with the printer?
What OS are you using (XP, Vista, etc)?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Try this: Copy each line one at a time, click start, run, paste into the run line and hit enter, you should receive a message that the dll was successfully registered.

regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\Slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\Sccbase.dll

The name says it all -- 59 and holding permanently
