I had to rebuild my Pc as it died a death (was only 18 months old grr) anyways have reinstalled Office and now it refuses to install Service Pack 2.. what am I doing wrong?? THe unk email update for Outlook also refuses to install! .. its driving me insane please help!!

why won't my laptop work?

Thanks for the reply mark, I tried all of that but it still did not work so I uninstalled Office and reinstalled it! I then left it to update and all is well again! I don't know if I messed up installation but its now working!

Now to find out which Driver is rebooting me once a day! .. But I have a microsoft help for that!

Don't forget to have a look-see in Device Manager. Event Viewer might help also
