Up Town Engine

Hey all I have a uptown engine pop- up thing that will not go away. I went to add/remove programs removed it from the list and It still pops up every time I get online or sign in to my mail account. What should I do now that I have deleted it from add/remove programs????

Hiddenmist, that really helped none at all because I have no web site or google ad words? Just use my pc for music and photos and myspace.

Hello, Did you ever figure out how to remove uptown engine? I have the same problem as you, and I removed it from the add/remove programs which seems to be EVERYONES answer - but as you know that does not work - it still pops up. If you know anything please let me know too. Thanks.

The best way to remove Uptown Engine and all of it's nasties is to post a HijackThis Log in the in the Hijack and Analysis Forum by following the directions in this link; Preparation Guide for use before posting a HijackThis Log .
Please do not post the log in this forum.
