OK the MP4 player I have is a little tricky. It requires me to use a certain compression of AVI and codec and so on. I realize that one AVI movie would take up several GB and I was wondering with which codec and which compression does a movie take up about 500MB as an iPod video says it can hold 47 movies or something? (please do not spare me any details)

Looks good, I'll try it when I get home. Thanks. But I think you posted in the wrong post, this post is 'avi compression', not 'Okay I'm sick of it!!!' but anyways thanks.
