I have done superantispyware scans and it keeps coming up the the same results

one is called (Trojan downloader - winlogon/FAS)
another is called Trojan.IBM/Shell.Process

i have ran and re-ran superantispyware but they keep coming back

I also get buffer overflow warning constantly from mcafee
