It's a nasty little virus/bug/whatever. I have a link you'll wanna go to that gives instructions on how to combat this. Hold on... let me get it.....

Now is sez to use floppies, but just use your WINXP Pro CD.
follow the instructions, i did, thank god my wife has a laptop that i have encased in anti-everything.
Good Lucj, let us kno how it works out!

We're going to make the merry-go-round go faster, so everyone needs to hang on tighter-just to keep from being thrown to the wolves.

SYMPTOM

After removing wsaupdater.exe from BlazeFind using Ad-aware 6 Build 181 and reference file 01R314 02.06.2004 or 01R320 19.06.2004, the ability to log on to the system may be compromised.

and i remember runing ad-aware the day before the incident,

the site tells me to put Windows XP Professional Utility: Setup Disks for Floppy Boot Install on a disk and run it on my pc, the only problem is it says i need a 1.44mb (which i used) but it tells me my disk is too small and when I click properties, it says my disk is a 1.38mb

You can just boot up with the XP cd instead to do these steps.

Yes unless you can boot off the floppies you will have to have purchase the cd. You really should do that anyways so that you are legal.
