trend micro scan shows a trojan in c:\windows\system32\mstscex.dll and c:\windows\system32\winlogon.exe how do i heal these

You should be able to eliminate that dll with Super Anti Spyware. Be sure to run the scan in safe mode. Make sure that you get all updates to SAS and do a full system scan. Let us know your results.
