I have a computer that gives me the "MCI command handling window" during shutdown. There are many references to it on Google, but none of those fixes applies. Microsoft has nothing (surprise) in its Knowledge Base. Thanks for any help!

Have you checked the Event Viewer to see if there are any related error messages?
